SIGN UP

landing page 1. Tap ‘Get Started’.
SignUp 2. Fill up ‘Display Name’, ‘Password’, ‘Mobile No.’, and ‘Date of Birth’.
3. Tap ‘Sign Up’.
OTP 4. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone SMS.
5. Enter 6-digit OTP.
6. Thank you, you have signed up as a SLIDE MEMBER user!

REGISTER (TO VERIFY FOR REMITTANCE)

ExistingUser 2. Fill in your mobile number or email and password.
3. Tap ‘Login’.
Home1 4. Tap ‘Me’ at bottom menu.
Me1 5. Tap ‘Complete Remittance Registration’.

6. Fill in ‘Full Name’, ‘Nationality’, ‘Gender’, ‘ID Address’, ‘Identification Type’, ‘Identification Number’, ‘Issue Date’, ‘Date of Expiry (optional)’, ‘Source of Income’, ‘Company (optional)’ and ‘Average Monthly Salary’.
7. ‘ID Front’ – take photo of your front IC.
8. ‘ID Back’ – take photo of your back IC.
9. ‘ID Face’ – take photo of your face (selfie).
10. Tap ‘DONE’.
11. Go to SLIDE Member Care Centre to verify and complete your registration.

TOP UP

11.  There are 3 ways to bank transfer – at bank counter, ATM or online.

Bank Counter (DBS/ OCBC)
·  At bank, hand your money to transfer over the counter.
·  Tell bank teller DBS 003-939969-3 or OCBC 695-621821-001.
·  Take transaction receipt and take note of transaction reference number.
·  Go to SLIDE ‘Bank Transfer Top Up’ page.

ATM (DBS/ OCBC)
·  Insert your ATM card.
·  Key in your PIN.
·  Select ‘Funds Transfer’.
·  Follow instructions on screen.
·  Key in DBS 003-939969-3 or OCBC 695-621821-001.
·  Key in your transfer amount.
·  Take transaction receipt and take note of transaction reference number.
·  Go to SLIDE ‘Bank Transfer Top Up’ page.

Online (DBS)
·  Log in to your DBS Internet banking account.
·  Click ‘Transfer’ at top menu.
·  Under ‘To’, ‘Paying to’, choose ‘Add New’.
·  ‘My Initials’, enter your mobile phone number.
·  ‘Recipient’s Name’, enter iAPPS Pte Ltd.
·  ‘Recipient’s Account’, enter 003-939969-3.
·  Under ‘From’, ‘Comments for Recipient’, enter your mobile phone number.
·  After confirming the details, click ‘Submit’.
·  Confirmation notification is immediate.

Online (OCBC)
·  Log in to your OCBC Internet banking account.
·  Click ‘Payment & transfer’ at top menu.
·  Click ‘Add & manage payees’ at left sidebar.
·  Click ‘Add Account for OCBC/Plus! Account held by someone else’.
·  At ‘Add Account’ pop up, enter ‘Name’ as iAPPS Pte Ltd, ‘Account No.’ as 695-621821-001, ‘Your Initials’ as your mobile phone number.
·  Check details are correct and click ‘Next’.
·  Key in your 2nd authentication key and ‘Submit’.
·  You have successfully added iAPPS Pte Ltd as your payee.
·  Click ‘Make a transfer’ from left sidebar.
·  Under ‘Make a transfer’, check ‘to someone else’s OCBC/Plus! Account.
·  Under ‘Transfer to’, enter ‘Amount’ you want to transfer.
·  Click ‘Next’.
·  Enter your One-Time Password and click ‘Submit’.
·  Confirmation notification is immediate.

TopUpBankTransfer2 12. ‘Transfer From Bank’: Select bank you transferred money from.
13.  Enter ‘Transaction Ref No.’ from your transfer.
14.  Enter ‘Date of Transfer’.15. ‘Transfer to’: Select DBS or OCBC account you transferred money to.
TopUpCashMap 16.  Tap to search for nearby top up agents.
17.  Select ‘All Agents’, ‘Stores’ or ‘Mobile Agents’ in dropdown menu for nearby agents.
18.  Nearby agents will be shown.
TopUpCashList 19.  Tap to search for nearby top up agents.
20.  Select ‘All Agents’, ‘Stores’ or ‘Mobile Agents’ in dropdown menu for nearby agents.
21.  Nearby agents will be shown.
StoreInfo 22.  Shows the store you selected.
AgentInfo 23.  Shows the agent you selected.
24.  Go to nearest Buzz/ 7-Eleven/ SingPost location or mobile agent.
25.  Tell agent your mobile number and birthday for him/her to find you.
26.  Hand your money to agent.
27.  Agent will top up to your SLIDE Wallet.
28.  Confirmation notification is immediate.
Credit/ Debit Card
29. Enter your credit/ debit card details.
30.  Click ‘Submit’.
31.  Confirmation notification is immediate.

SEND OVERSEAS
Only registered and verified users can send money.

ExistingUser 2.  Fill in your mobile number or email and password.
3.  Tap ‘Login’.
Home2 4.  Tap ‘Send Money’.
Remittance2 5.  Enter ‘Recipient Name/ Mobile’.
Remittance3Remittance4 6.  Fill in ‘Alias’, ‘Full Name’, ‘Residing Address’, ‘Relationhip to Sender, ‘Collection Mode’ and ‘Purpose of Remittance’.
7.  ‘Address’ page opens to fill up full address.
8.  Tap ‘Save’.
Remittance5 9.  Enter SGD money to send to your home country currency. This is converted at the current exchange rate shown below.
10.  Select ‘Pay By’ – how you want to send your money by what mode.
11.  Check ‘Declaration’.
Remittance6 12.  Slide ‘Slide to Pay’ to proceed.
Remittance7 13.  Enter password (same as login password).
14.  Tap ‘OK’.
TopUp-Status 15.  Directed to ‘STATUS’ page which shows the transaction is ‘Processing’. It takes 1 working day to process.
16.  Once processed, a notification will appear in your mobile phone.
17.  Your money is remitted to your loved ones at your home country.
Remittance9 18.  Tap your newest transaction to see the receipt.
